Taken from the same report that found that vinyl sales are to take over CD sales for the first time since 1986, it's been revealed that first-half recording revenues of the year grew 18% to $5.4 billion.
The findings were shared by the Record Industry Association of America (RIAA), who also found that, in total, stream revenues have also increased 26% to $4.3 billion during the same period.
