Detroit bass producer Sinistarr is the latest artist to step up on Italian label Beat Machine’s Swinging Flavours 7” inch series.
The footwork aficionado and sound designer supreme takes us on a typically fervent outing on ‘55555’, a melodic dish of flute-like synths, gripping bass, chopped vocals and hectic percussion.
Cosmic Bridge founder Jim Coles AKA Om Unit AKA Philip D. Kick is on remix duty on the B-side. The bass legends re-work takes the foundational energy of the original and embellishes it with cosmic breaks and frenetic drum trills. Rolling jungle with footwork flavors. We love it.
